When I first encounter Andy’s works with Campbell’s Soup (1962) and The Marilyns (1962) in modern art museum of New York City, I was interesting. I appreciated works in various aspects. He usually used silkscreen techniques. After feeling impressed in my heart, I could understand why Andy Warhol was being called as “Icon of modern arts.” Color of works and image of line was very simple but clear and strong. The image of work rough drawing after adding unique colors on photos of celebrities such as ‘Golda Meir’, ‘Marilyns’, and ‘Max brother’ It came to me really fresh once I saw it directly. Color in photos and lines appealed to me very much. I saw directly real lines and feeling so I could get feeling like the inner side of work as well.
